La Ligne
The brand was founded in 2016 by former Vogue editors Meredith Melling and Valerie Macaulay, along with former Rag & Bone executive Molly Howard. They introduced denim in February 2023 with Talley Creative. For the launch, they featured 90s actress Selma Blair in their campaign, creating a nostalgic, timeless Americana feel.
The line grows each season with new silhouettes, washes, garment dye colors, and stripes. Still, the collection focuses on three main styles, each named for a founder: The Molly (straight leg), The Meredith (cropped flare), and The Valerie (slim leg).
