We were tasked with analyzing the existing Reformation Jeans business and implementing a growth strategy. This process included a six-week analysis followed by an extensive implementation plan.

Reformation ultimately hired us to consult on all aspects of the Jeans business, from updated sourcing to rebranding, product assortment, and fit.
